Why We Started Qubes

We're Michael and Sam.

We're outdoor enthusiasts who love camping, traveling and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Somewhere along the way, we fell hard for American road trips, tailgates and the sheer size of the coolers you all pack.

After years of dealing with melted ice and waterlogged coolers back home in Australia, we decided there had to be a smarter solution. We found reusable ice cubes that genuinely worked, and built Qubes around a product we happily use ourselves.

What started as a solution for our own adventures has grown into a business and now we're bringing it to the US, one of the places we love spending time in.
