Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Full payment is collected at the time of order, and your item will ship once it becomes available. This applies whether you pay by card, PayPal, or Afterpay.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet shipped for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, you can't cancel it, but you can request a return or refund. See our returns policy for more details.

To cancel a pre-order, contact us at hello@icequbes.us with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. If a pre-ordered product is significantly delayed or becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email and you may cancel for a full refund at that time.
