At IceQubes, we're committed to a smooth, reliable experience from checkout to your doorstep. Below is everything you need to know about shipping in the US.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse in Bolingbrook, Illinois and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Order Processing
We process and pack orders Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door.
Estimated delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address. Delivery times vary by location, with Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories generally taking longer than the contiguous US.
These are USPS service estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occur due to weather, high volume periods, or remote delivery areas.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address, using live USPS and carrier rates. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. In rare cases involving unusually large or heavy multi-item orders, a portion of shipping costs above $70 may still apply.
For a typical single-item order, shipping costs generally range from $10–$30; multi-bag orders may cost more due to added weight. The rate shown at checkout is the exact amount charged, there are no hidden fees added after purchase.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and current state and local tax laws.
