At IceQubes, we're committed to a smooth, reliable experience from checkout to your doorstep. Below is everything you need to know about shipping in the US.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse in Bolingbrook, Illinois and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Order Processing

We process and pack orders Monday through Friday.

• Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door.

• Contiguous US (48 states): typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: delivery times are longer and less predictable. Please allow additional time.

These are USPS service estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occur due to weather, high volume periods, or remote delivery areas.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The rate shown at checkout is the exact amount charged, there are no hidden fees added after purchase.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and current state and local tax laws.
