Returns and Refunds Policy

If something is wrong with the product you received, or your delivery does not match your order, contact us at hello@icequbes.us.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photograph where applicable.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your parcel arrived damaged in transit, or a Qube has failed to perform as expected, email us a photo showing the extent of the damage.

You do not need to return the item to us for this to be assessed. Once reviewed, depending on what happened, we will send a replacement bag or replace the specific number of Qubes affected, at no cost to you. In cases where we do request the item back, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Not Satisfied?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the unused product(s) in its original, unbroken packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Return Shipping (Change of Mind Returns)

For change-of-mind returns under the "Not Satisfied" section above, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You will need to arrange and pay for the freight to send the item back to us. The product remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so pack it securely.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your refund is processed.

This does not apply to damaged or faulty goods, see the section above.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds cover the value of the product only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Damaged or used packaging or products will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return an Order

Contact us first to authorize your return. Once approved, we will confirm the return address below and provide any additional instructions.

Our US returns are handled by our fulfilment partner, BBI, at the address below.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to reach our warehouse, depending on the shipping method used.
