Returns and Refunds Policy

If something is wrong with the product you received, or your delivery does not match your order, contact us at hello@icequbes.us.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photograph where applicable.

Damaged Goods

If your parcel arrived damaged in transit, email us a photo showing the extent of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund once reviewed.

Not Satisfied?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the unused product(s) in its original, unbroken packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You will need to arrange and pay for the freight to send the item back to us. The product remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so pack it securely.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your refund is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds cover the value of the product only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Damaged or used packaging or products will not be eligible for a refund.
